Objective
To investigate the relationships among Machiavellianism, problems about depression, anxiety and stress and resilience in kiddies in order to explore the actual processes that Machiavellianism affect problems about depression, anxiety and stress.
Methods
A total of 6 401 kiddies from middle and primary schools in Zhengzhou and Hong Kong participated in the study.Students were sampled to fill out the Kiddie Machiavellianism Scale, the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale, and Resilience Scale.Statistical methods included independent sample
t
test,Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.
Results
1) Resilience partially mediated the effect of Machiavellianism on problems about depression, anxiety and stress, and the mediating effect occupied 46% of the total effects.2) Resilience also moderated the relationship between Machiavellianism and problems about depression, anxiety and stress.
Conclusiond
Machiavellianism not only directly predict children's problems about depression, anxiety and stress, but also makes children face more these problems by weakening resilience. In addition, resilience can reduce the negative impact of Machiavellianism on problems about depression, anxiety and stress, which has a protective effect on children's mental health.

Objective
To analyze the effect and potential mechanisms of congenital lead poisoning on interdigestove migrating motor complex (IMMC) changes of stomach, duodenum and jejunum in offspring rats.
Method
The animal model of congenital lead exposure was established with pregnant rats drinking freely 0.1% (low-dose group,LG) and 0.2% (high-dose group,HG) lead acetate solution. The normal control group (NG) was also established.IMMC changes of stomach, duodenum and jejunum of male offspring rats were observed in technique of electrophysiological monitor. The methods of immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay were also applied to elucidate the potential mechanism of gastrointestinal (GI) motility disorders in the plasma levels and GI tissue expressions of CCK-8 and MTL.
Results
Compared with group NG,the periods and amplitudes of GI IMMC Ⅲ phase increased (
P
<0.01) in the offspring rats with lead exposure in embryo period.Furthermore, the increase of CCK-8 expressions and decreasing MTL expressions in gastric antrum mucosa (
P
<0.01),increasing expressions of CCK-8 and MTL in proximal duodenal mucosa (
P
<0.01),and as well as increasing levels of plasma CCK and MTL (
P
<0.01) were observed in groups LG and HG.The differences among these three groups were of statistical significance (
P
<0.01).
Conclusions
The abnormal changes of GI motility are observed in offspring rats with lead exposure in embryo period. It is possible that the different expressions or distribution of CCK and MTL in the peripheral tissue and blood are the important mechanisms for these pathological changes.

Objective
To analyse the relationship among fundamental movement skill, body mass index and functional movement in primary school children, and to provide theoretical and experimental basis for promoting the development of children's motor skills.
Methods
TGMD-2 was conducted on 240 school-age children to assess their fundamental movement skill development level.Children were divided into different groups by BMI and FMS test, and the characteristics and correlation of fundamental movement skill,BMI and FMS ability were compared between different groups.
Results
1) There was still a certain gap to maturity level of fundamental movement skill; 2) There was no significant correlation among TGMD total score, object control score and BMI.Negative correlation not only existed between locomotion subjects score and BMI but also between FMS score and BMI; 3) TGMD scores and FMS scores showed significantly positive correlation, indicating TGMD score highly depended on FMS test results.
Conclusion
The development of children's motor skills requires a systematic scientific training process.

Objective
To analyze the correlation of C-peptide,insulin,cortisol with neonatal hypoglycemia.
Methods
Totally 258 cases of newborns with hypoglycemia admitted to hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects.Another 80 cases of newborns with normal blood glucose were selected as contrast group.C-peptide,insulin and cortisol level were compared between the hypoglycemia group and the normal group to analyze the correlation of C-peptide,insulin,cortisol level, hypoglycemia duration time with hypoglycemia value.
Results
The levels of C-peptide and insulin of newborns in the hypoglycemia group were higher than those of the normal group, and the cortisol level was significantly lower than that of the normal group (
P
<0.05).C-peptide,insulin and hypoglycemia duration were positively correlated (
r
=0.748,0.814,all
P
<0.001);Cortisol levels were negatively correlated with duration of hypoglycemia (
r
=-0.809,
P
<0.001).There was a positive correlation between the values of C- peptide, insulin and hypoglycemia (
r
=0.832,0.786,all
P
<0.001) and cortisol level was negatively correlated with the values of hypoglycemia (
r
=-0.623,
P
<0.001).
Conclusions
The occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia correlate with C-peptide,insulin,and cortisol. For newborns with abnormal levels of C-peptide,insulin and cortisol, special attention should be paid to prevent hypoglycemia though the test of hypoglycemia is normal so as to decrease misdiagnosis and to reduce the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia sequelae.
