Abstract

摘要： 婴儿死亡事关社会民生。“增长引发”、“扶持导致”是降低婴儿死亡率的两个成功类型,改革开放前中国是“扶持导致”的典范。三十多年来我国婴儿死亡率持续下降,居全球中等水平,经典类型发挥了重要作用,但城乡和地区差异明显、与发达国家和少数国情类似的国家差距较大,且下降速率减慢,妇幼卫生投入与经济增长不相适应。改革开放以来婴儿死亡率的下降机制值得认真探究,同时,建立促进婴儿死亡率下降的新机制,构建婴儿死亡率下降新的运行模式,创新干预措施,对于进一步降低我国婴儿死亡率、加速公共卫生妇幼保健服务均等化进程具有现实意义。
