Dynamic observation on the improvememt of social function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

注意缺陷多动障碍儿童社会功能改善的动态观察

Abstract: Objective To observe the dynamic change on social function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) after treatment with methylphenidate-release tablets and compare the difference on social function between the children with ADHD and the normal children. Methods Totally 34 children with ADHD and 35 normal children were included.ADHD children were treated with methylphenidate-release tablets for 24 weeks,social function were assessed with Weiss's function defect level rating scale respectively at baseline,the end of 8th week and the end of 24th week. Results 1) The scores of family,learning and school,life skills,self-management,social activities,adventure activities and the total score of Weiss's function defect level rating scale had decreased gradually after prolonged treatment (P<0.001).2)After 24 weeks treatment,there were no differences on life skills and adventure activities between the children with ADHD and the normal children,there were significant difference on family,learning and school,self-management,social activities. Conclusion The social function of ADHD can effectively improved after taking methylphenidate-release tablets,and the downtrend is gradually decreased along with the prolonged treatment.

摘要: 目的 观察注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童经过哌甲酯控释剂治疗后社会功能的动态变化情况,以及治疗后ADHD儿童社会功能与正常儿童社会功能有无差异。方法 ADHD患儿34例,正常儿童35例。ADHD组服用哌甲酯控释剂治疗24周,分别在基线、治疗第8周、治疗第24周进行问卷调查评估。采用Weiss's 功能缺陷程度评分量表作为社会功能的评定指标。结果 1)ADHD患儿的Weiss's 功能缺陷程度评分量表总分及家庭、学习和学校、生活技能、自我管理、社会活动和冒险活动分都随着治疗时间的延长逐步下降(P<0.001):2)经过24周的治疗,ADHD患儿生活技能和冒险活动两项评分与正常儿童差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),家庭、学习和学校、自我管理、社会活动四项评分与正常儿童差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 哌甲酯控释剂治疗能够明显改善ADHD患儿的社会功能,且其改善趋势随着治疗时间的延长逐步下降。
