Abstract

摘要： 维生素D(vitamin D, VitD)是人体不可缺少的一种脂溶性维生素。近年来VitD功能的研究发现VitD缺乏除与骨骼肌肉系统疾病有关外,还与心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、免疫系统疾病以及心理疾病等多系统疾病的发生相关。研究还显示全球VitD缺乏的患病率仍很高,严重影响儿童的健康。因此合理补充VitD对预防VitD缺乏、促进儿童健康是非常重要的,但是目前VitD补充剂的应用情况不理想,并且影响因素复杂。美国及欧洲多项研究显示VitD补充剂的应用率较低,我国目前这方面的流行学资料较少。
