碘、铁、锌及维生素B12与儿童的认知发展

摘要

依据营养素的需要量及体内含量多少可以将营养素分为宏量营养素即蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物;微量营养素(micronutrient)即矿物质和维生素,矿物质又包括常量和微量元素。在目前确认的42种必需营养素中,微量营养素占据其中29种:7种常量元素,8种微量元素,14种维生素位列其中。
