摘要

中枢性性早熟不仅影响患儿最终成年身高,也可能引起患儿焦虑、抑郁、社交退缩和强迫性行为等心理行为问题,在情感功能、社交功能、学校表现和社会心理方面生活质量下降。本文从中枢性性早熟女童心理行为问题现状、发生机制、影响因素及干预策略进行综述,为临床心理干预提供依据。

Abstract

Central precocious puberty not only affects the final adult height of children, but also may cause psychological and behavioral problems, such as anxiety, depression, social withdrawal and obsessive-compulsive behaviors.These issues contribute to a deterioration in the quality of life in emotional function, social function, school performance and social psychology.This article reviews the current status, the underlying mechanism, and influencing factors and the intervention strategies, so as to provide the basis for clinical psychological intervention.
