注意缺陷多动障碍儿童语用性语言障碍研究进展

Abstract: Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder.Numerous studies indicated that pragmatic language impairment (PLI) frequently co-occurs in children with ADHD.Based on the existing literature,this paper combs the clinical manifestations of PLI in children with ADHD and its potential mechanisms of its occurrence,summarizes the possible mechanisms of PLI in ADHD children,analyzes the problems in previous studies,and proposes directions for future research.

摘要: 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种常见的神经发育障碍。大量研究显示,ADHD儿童常伴有语用性语言障碍。结合现有的文献资料,本文梳理了ADHD儿童的语用性语言障碍的临床表现,总结了ADHD儿童语用性语言障碍可能的发生机制,分析了以往研究中存在的问题,并为未来研究提出了方向。
