Abstract: Objective To promote the recovery of neonatal resuscitation technology,management,reduce the mortality rate of neonatal asphyxia. Method A retrospective analysis was carried out in 23 midwifery institutions from 2004 to 2012 Chaoyang district in Beijing city,to promote the establishment of neonatal asphyxia recovery technology,high-risk infants referral network. Results The rate of neonatal asphyxia was decreased from 3.40% to 1.01%,the perinatal mortality rate decreased from 10.22‰ to 5.76‰.Compared 2008 with 2012 in primary and private hospitals,secondary hospitals,tertiary hospitals,the rates of neonatal asphyxia were respectively 69.53%,42.08%,51.48%. Conclusion Establishing training bases on government,the establishment of long-term mechanism,focusing on training and management at the primary level hospital is the key to reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia.

摘要： 目的 推广新生儿复苏技术,探讨复苏管理要点,降低新生儿窒息死亡率。 方法 回顾性分析2004-2012年北京市朝阳区23家助产机构推广新生儿窒息复苏技术,建立高危儿转诊网络。 结果 全区新生儿窒息率由3.40%降低到1.01%,围产儿死亡率由10.22‰降低到5.76‰;分析三个级别助产机构新生儿窒息率,2012年与2008年比较,一级和民营医院、二级医院、三级医院,新生儿窒息率的降幅分别为69.53%、42.08%、51.48%。 结论 建立培训基地,政府主导,建立长效机制,注重基层医院培训与管理是降低全区新生儿窒息率的关键。
