Abstract

摘要： 文章综述了近年来国内关于脑瘫共患病的临床研究进展,探究脑瘫共患病的常见种类、患病率及相关影响因素。发现脑瘫的共患病的报道以癫痫、智力低下、语言障碍、听力障碍及视觉障碍为主;另相关研究示共患病的种类与脑瘫临床分型及严重程度有一定的相关性;共患病的数目及类型对判断预后有一定的作用,故在诊断脑瘫时需仔细检查患儿,注意判断是否存在有共患病,以防漏诊。
