Abstract

摘要： 近十年来脑瘫患儿心理行为异常方面的研究已引起普遍关注,并取得一定进展,现就此方面展开综述。国内外研究主要从睡眠、情绪、行为、认知、社会适应、生理功能、生存质量几个方面着手调查,发现情绪异常为脑瘫患儿最常见的心理行为问题,而社会适应则对患儿及家长的生存质量影响最为显著。在相关治疗方面,普遍认为早期干预是防治关键,心理护理的必要性取得国内外共识,而祖国传统医学发挥着独特的治疗作用。
