摘要: 随着“三孩”生育政策的开放及产科、新生儿科技术的发展,双胎出生率正逐年上升。由于宫内环境受限、更复杂的脐带、胎盘关系及母孕期并发症发生率的升高等原因,双胎小于胎龄儿的发生率也随之升高,而关于双胎小于胎龄儿的生长发育情况目前尚不太清楚。因此,本文就双胎小于胎龄儿生后生长发育情况及相关影响因素进行综述。
