【Objectives】 To study the health care management model of children's neural psychological development for finding the problems early,intervening early and preventing disability occurrence. 【Methods】 Based on the well-established Child Healthcare Three-level Network, the monitoring management model was established in Haidian district for screening-evaluation-diagnosis-guide intervention-feedback-improvement. The efficiency of this management model was evaluated through analysis of the results on the growth monitoring within five years. 【Results】 From 2006 to 2010,the coverage rate of screening in Haidian district was gradually increased each year (from 66.33% to 93.75%).The district-level intervention clinics for developmental delay (DD) children were established in 2009,and many DD children have gotten intervention guide.The social effects of the children's neural psychological growth monitoring have been considerable. 【Conclusion】 It is critically important to establish the healthcare management model of children's neural psychological development based on a well-established Child Healthcare Three-level Network.Effective implementation of this model is a useful way to the early detection,early diagnosis and early guide intervention of developmental deviation or laggard in children.It is also making a significant contribution to public health strategy for all-round development of children.
