【Objective】 To observe the influences of different odors on the motion sickness of juvenile mice. 【Methods】 The motion sickness symptomatic score,the open field test and the autonomous movement test were performed to examine the effects of the pre-administration of Ginger juice spray, orange juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray and smoke of cigarettes,respectively,on the symptoms of juvenile mice model of motion sickness. 【Results】 Pre-administration of Ginger juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray or smoke of cigarettes did not influence the motion sickness symptomatic score of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.Pre-administration of orange juice spray increased the motion sickness symptomatic score of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.Pre-administration of smoke of cigarettes increased the anxious related symptoms of juvenile mice model of motion sickness in the open field test. Pre-administration of Ginger juice spray,orange juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray and smoke of cigarettes did not affect the autonomous movement of juvenile mice model of motion sickness. 【Conclusion】 Pre-administration of Ginger juice spray,orange juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray and smoke of cigarettes do not impact the symptoms of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.
