【Objective】 To investigate mental health level of children and adolescent with school refusal. 【Methods】 In the present study,36 children and adolescent diagnosed as school refusal were recruited randomly as studied group,among these children there were 20 boys and 16 girl.Thirty healthy students were recruited as normal control group,among these children there are 16 boys and 14 girl.Studied group and normal control were studied by common questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionaire(EPQ),Self-Rating Scale(SAS),SelfK-KRating Depression Scale(SDS). 【Results】 In EPQ,The score of EPQ-P,N of studied group was significantly higher than that of normal control(P<0.01).In SAS,the score of studied group was significantly higher than that of normal control group(P<0.01).The SDS score of studied group and normal control was not significantly different(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Children and adolescent with school refusal have psychoticism,neuroticism and emotional disorder.
