Objective To analyze and discusse the effect of Espumisan combined with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus power in preterm neonate feeding intolerance. Methods A total of 60 cases of preterm neanates in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 2015 January to 2016 March were colledcted and divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups were both given routine care and treatment,the treatment group were given Espumisan 0.2 ml/time,3 times a day and live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and Enterococcus power 0.5 g/times,2 times a day,5~7 days was a course of treatment. Result The rate of the feeding intolerance in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Espumisan combined live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus power in preterm neonates can significantly reduce feeding intolerance in preterm neonates.
