Abstract

Objective To analyze the relationship between children's eating problem and family dietary environment, and to provide evidence for further intervention. Method A questionnaire survey on dietary behavior intervention was conducted among 460 children aged 1~5 years, and the data were collected on children's social demographic, dietary behavior and feeding behavior. Results Both feeding anxiety and adverse feeding behavior of parents were positively associated with children's eating problem;Feeding anxiety,as well as adverse feeding behavior of parents were risk factors of eating problem;Feeling communication,in contract, was a protective factor.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that preterm infants, infants with low birth weight, mothers with low education and low income were risk factors for more eating behavior problems. Conclusions The shaping of children's good eating behavior is permanent and continuous.Individualized guidance of family dietary environment based on family unit will be the direction of further research on dietary behavior intervention.
