Abstract

Objective To investigate the influential factors of children with autism. Method The data of 202 children with autism were analyzed with SPSS18.0 software. Results The sex ratios of male:female was 6.48∶1;The reproductive age of father and mother was (30.76±4.09)y and (27.67±3.55)y respeatively,up to 93.9% father's age was beyond 26,also,34.0% of the mother of autistic reported who had diseases during the gestation period; For the following reasons, the selection of cesarean section accounted for 55.2%,such as fetal distress(20.0%),failed trial of labor (13.3%) and amniotic fluid abnormality(12.2%),and so on;During infancy,43.30% of the autistics children had suffered with illness, among which pathological neonatal jaundice accounted for 38.1%. Conclusion Fetal distress, pathological neonatal jaundice and advanced paternal age are all may be one of the influential factors of autism.
