早产/低出生体重儿出院后营养喂养的研究进展

摘要

近年来随着早产/低出生体重儿的抢救成功率以及存活率大大提高,早产/低出生体重儿的喂养也成为一个焦点问题。由于早产/低出生体重儿生理成熟度低,使其不具备足够的宫外生存能力而容易发生宫外生长迟缓,因此,早期、充足、均衡的营养是保证其生命质量的物质基础。本文就早产/低出生体重儿出院后乳品选择和营养素的添加等研究进展作一综述。
