人乳中脂代谢调控因子的发现,功能和临床意义

摘要
研究表明,生命早期的营养和生长可能通过“编程”影响生命后期的代谢。母乳喂养能预防婴儿期乃至成年期肥胖、血糖血脂异常等代谢综合征的发生。这不仅与母乳中的蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸等含量相关,母乳中新发现的一些代谢调控因子如脂联素、肥胖抑制素、微小核酸、乳脂肪球膜、细胞因子等,亦可能直接或间接调节婴儿的代谢及生长发育。认识这些活性物质的生理作用,有助于促进母乳喂养和成年期疾病的早期预防,也为今后婴儿配方奶粉的改进提供重要的科学依据。
