儿童人偏肺病毒感染的研究进展

摘要
呼吸道感染是儿童就医的首要病因,但有些患者的感染病原并不十分清楚,人类偏肺病毒(human metapneumovirus,HMPV)为单分子负链RNA病毒。在全球流行已播散50余年,具有较长的病史,近几年被发现,且流行有明显的季节性。HMPV感染可表现为上、下呼吸道感染、流感样症状、支气管炎、喘息性支气管炎、毛细支气管炎和肺炎等。HMPV感染可以发生在任何年龄组,但儿童(尤其是婴儿)、老年人和免疫功能不全者是重要的易感人群且可与其它病原体形成混合感染。目前有三种HMPV的检测方法 抗原抗体检测、病毒分离和PCR方法检测,实时RT-PCR技术是目前检测HMPV感染的最敏感、最有效的方法。
