摘要
高尿酸血症和代谢综合征的患病率在全球均呈明显的上升趋势,两者的密切相关性受到了学界的广泛重视。那么,在较少存在慢性基础疾病的青少年人群中研究两者的关系,将更有助于排除在成人研究中可能存在的慢性基础疾病导致的干扰和偏倚。与成人相似,青少年中高尿酸血症与代谢综合征中肥胖、高血压、高血脂、高血糖存在着密切的联系。但目前在青少年中的研究还有限,尚需更多的临床和基础研究进一步研究证实。
