目的 了解佛山地区儿童行为问题的发生情况及特点,探讨儿童行为问题形成的各种影响因素。方法 采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)中国标准化版(家长用)、自制儿童心理卫生调查问卷,对1 800名佛山市禅城区、南海区、顺德区4~16岁儿童行为进行评定分析。结果 儿童行为问题的检出率为11.8%,男女儿童的行为问题的检出率及各区儿童行为问题检出率差异均无统计学意义;儿童行为问题受父母的文化程度、家庭教养方式、父母间关系和社区环境等有关等因素影响。 结论 降低儿童问题的发生率必须采取综合干预的措施。

Objective To investigate the occurrence condition and characteristics of children's behavior problems,and to study the influencing factors about childen's behavior problems. Method By using the Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist standardized in China(for parents),self-made children's mental health questionnaire,1 800 children aged 4~16 years old in Chancheng,Nanhai,Shunde district of Foshan city were surveyed. Results The prevalence of behavior problems of children was 11.8%.The difference of the prevalence of behavior problems between sexes was not significant.The difference of the prevalence of behavior problems among different regions were not significant.The main factors affecting behavior problem in children were education of parents,family breeding method,relations between parents,community environment. Conclusion Comprehensive measures should be adopted to reduce the prevalence of behavior problems.
