目的 对脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能障碍程度、病程、花费和初诊年龄等相关问题与其父母心理健康状况的关系进行探讨,旨在了解脑瘫儿童父母心理健康状况及其相关影响因素。方法 使用心理症状自评量表对128名脑瘫儿童父母和128名健康儿童父母进行检查;使用粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)对128名脑瘫儿童进行测查。根据资料性质分别进行统计学描述、t检验和多因素回归分析(逐步回归法)。结果 脑瘫儿童父母SCL-90总分、阳性项目数高于正常对照组(P<0.05);各因子分中躯体化、强迫状态、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执七项因子分值高于健康儿童父母(P＜0.01)。多因素回归分析表明,花费和初诊年龄分别仅对焦虑和抑郁因子分有影响,病程对脑瘫儿童父母SCL-90总分及各个因子都有影响。 结论 1)脑瘫儿童父母心理健康状况落后于正常儿童父母;2)脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能障碍程度、初诊年龄、病程长短及花费多少不同程度影响其父母的心理健康。

Objective To study the effects of children's disability on their parents' mental health status. Methods 128 children with cerebral palsy were selected and tested with gross motor function classification system (GMFCS),mental health conditions of their parents and 128 normal children's parents were tested with the Symptom Check-List 90(SCL-90).Data were analyzed by t-test and multiple regression analysis. Results Compared with the parents of normal children,the parents of cerebral palsy children had much higher SCL-90 total score and seven positive factors scores such as somatization,interpersonal relations,obsession,depression,anxiety,hostilityand paranoid(P＜0.01).Expense and newly diagnosed age of cerebral palsy children had relationship with their parents' anxiety and depression scores respectively,course of disease had an effect on total score and each factors. Conclusion Mental health status of cerebral palsy children' parents lags behind that of normal children' parents.Severity of children's disability, newly diagnosed age,course of disease and expense could affect their parents' mental health.
