Rho-ROCK信号通路研究进展

摘要

Ras同源基因-Rho相关螺旋卷曲蛋白激酶(Ras homolog gene/a Rho-associated coiled coil-forming protein kinase,Rho-ROCK)信号途径是中枢神经系统中普遍存在的一条通路,是介导抑制性信号阻断中枢神经细胞再生的重要途径。中枢神经损伤后再生困难的重要原因是其周围环境中存在强烈抑制再生的物质,并通过该途径介导神经再生障碍。熟悉Rho-ROCK信号通路及这些抑制性介质的作用,对研究神经损伤后再生与修复等具有重要意义。
