儿童进食行为问题是引起儿童喂养困难或进食困难的主要原因,但是在诊治儿童进食行为问题过程中应注意识别器质性疾病所表现的报警症状,这些报警症状大多数是以胃肠道为主的临床表现,符合儿童功能性胃肠疾病(FGID)特点。认识和熟悉儿童功能性胃肠疾病特点,根据小儿的不同表现进行专科转诊,使患儿得到更好的治疗。
