凝血酶与气道重塑的研究进展

摘要

气道重塑是支气管哮喘的重要特征之一,大量研究表明,生长因子、细胞因子、炎性介质和酶等多种因素参与气道重塑。目前,部分细胞因子对气道重塑的影响机制已相对明确,而凝血酶对气道重塑的影响研究目前很少,本文就近年来凝血酶与气道重塑的研究进展阐述如下。
