早产儿视网膜病(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)是早产儿尤其伴低体重者容易发生的眼底病变,是造成儿童甚至成年后视力障碍的主要原因之一。近年随着医学的发展,对此病的认识和防治取得了长足的进步,但许多问题的解决尚待进一步深入的探讨与研究。本文从此病的病理改变、预后、常见致病因素等方面,介绍了目前ROP预防与保健的相关知识、现状和进展。
