新生儿肺表面活性物质研究新进展

摘要

肺表面活性物质是存在于肺泡气液交界面上的一种复杂脂蛋白复合物,不仅具有降低肺泡表面张力、避免呼气末肺泡塌陷的作用,而且具有先天性免疫的作用,可以对抗病原体入侵。其先天性或继发性的肺表面活性物质质与量的任一改变是新生儿呼吸系统发病的潜在病因,甚至引起新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、支气管肺发育不良、重症肺炎等致死性疾病,严重影响了新生儿的患病率和生存率,远期影响了儿童的生命质量,现就肺表面活性物质的生物学特性、代谢及其代谢异常与疾病发病的关系等方面做一综述,以期加深人们对肺表面活性物质的新认识,为临床诊治拓宽视野。
