摘要
儿童发育迟缓为发育性残疾中一类,特指5岁以下儿童采用发育诊断量表评估的发育落后儿童,是小儿神经内科或发育儿科常见的、导致儿童就诊的原因之一,患病率约为1%~3%。病因、流行病学、预后的研究以及干预模式探索对于预防儿童发育性残疾具有重要意义。
