韦氏儿童智力测验在孤独症谱系障碍儿童中的应用现状

摘要
孤独症谱系障碍(autistic spectrum disorder, ASD)儿童的智力水平和智力结构存在特异性的反应模式,韦氏智力测验作为智力测试领域里最权威,世界上应用最广泛的智力个别测试,为ASD 的认知评估以及临床的诊断及鉴别诊断提供了直接的依据。本文就韦氏智力测验各版本(II,III,IV)应用于ASD的结果进行总结分析,探讨ASD的认知特点以及在临床诊断中的应用。
