1~3岁儿童社会情绪水平与父母元情绪的相关性研究

摘要

目的 探讨父母元情绪理念与1~3岁儿童社会情绪能力间的相关性,为促进儿童早期社会情绪发展提供理论支持。方法 采用方便抽样法,于2022年10月—2023年8月在湖北省武昌区妇幼保健中心招募1~3岁儿童与其主要照养人为研究对象。采用一般人口学问卷、父母元情绪理念量表和12~36月龄婴幼儿情绪社会化量表进行调查。并采用相关分析和多重线性回归分析父母元情绪理念和社会情绪能力之间的关系。结果 共纳入401名儿童,平均年龄(27.96±8.07)月,其中男童212名(52.9%),女童189名(47.1%)。不同性别(t=2.154)、是否独生子女(t=2.598)、父亲不同文化程度(F=4.616)、不同家庭收入(F=3.530)、家庭结构(F=2.889)及电子设备数量(t=1.996)儿童社会情绪能力得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,父母元情绪得分与儿童社会情绪能力间呈正相关(r=0.167,P<0.01)。控制相关混杂因素后,多重线性回归分析显示,父母元情绪理念可正向预测1~3岁儿童社会情绪能力的总体水平(β=0.091,95%CI:0.038~0.145,P=0.001)。结论 父母元情绪理念与1~3岁儿童社会情绪能力密切相关,可能是影响儿童社会情绪发展的家庭因素之一,医疗人员应丰富父母元情绪理念相关知识,从而促进儿童社会情绪的健康发展。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the association between parental meta-emotion philosophy and social-emotional competence in children aged 1 - 3 years, so as to provide evidence for promoting early social-emotional development in children. Methods Using convenience sampling, children aged 1 - 3 years and their primary caregivers who visited the Wuchang District Maternal and Child Health Center in Hubei Province from October 2022 to August 2023 were enrolled. Data were collected using a general demographic questionnaire, the Parental Meta-Emotion Philosophy Scale, andInfant and Toddler Social and Emotional Assessment. Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were used to examine the relationship between parental meta-emotion philosophy and children's social-emotional competence. Results A total of 401 children were included, with an average age of (27.96±8.07) months; 212 were boys (52.9%) and 189 were girls (47.1%). Univariate analysis showed that child sex (t=2.154), only-child status(t=2.598), paternal educational level (F=4.616), family income (F=3.530), family structure(F=2.889), and number of electronic devices (t=1.996) were associated with children's social-emotional competence scores (P<0.05). Correlation analysis indicated that the total score of parental meta-emotion philosophy was positively correlated with children's social-emotional competence (r=0.167, P<0.01). After adjusting for relevant confounding factors, multiple linear regression analysis showed that parental meta-emotion philosophy remained positively associated with children's social-emotional competence scores (β=0.091, 95%CI: 0.038 - 0.145, P=0.001). Conclusions Parental meta-emotion philosophy is associated with social-emotional competence in children aged 1 - 3 years and may be one of the family-related factors influencing children's early social-emotional development. Healthcare professionals should enhance their understanding of parents' meta-emotional philosophy to promote the healthy development of children's social-emotional skills.
