摘要

孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一组较为严重的神经发育障碍性疾病,而喂养困难是ASD最常见的共患病之一,不仅影响儿童生长发育,也对其饮食行为与习惯造成深远的负面影响。本文通过综述国内外有关ASD儿童喂养困难的研究进展,以期为ASD儿童喂养困难的临床管理提供有价值的参考。

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a serious neurodevelopmental disorder, with feeding difficulties being one of its most common comorbidities.It not only affects children′s growth and development but also profoundly impact their dietary behaviors and habits.This article reviews recent advances in research on feeding difficulties in children with ASD, aiming to provide valuable insights for clinical management of this condition.
