目的 研究卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)技术对子代学龄前期行为发育的影响。方法 使用1∶1病例对照研究方法,回顾性调查嘉兴市妇幼保健院生殖医学中心行ICSI技术怀孕成功,并于2009年1月-2010年12月间分娩的儿童病例信息。将自愿参加研究的家庭作为ICSI组,在同期本院出生自然怀孕儿童作为对照组,观察学龄前期行为发育情况。结果 ICSI组及对照组各收集到30例。两组均为男16例,女14例,其中ICSI组双胎3对,对照组无双胎。两组父母生育年龄、文化程度、分娩方式、出生体重差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。仅出生孕周均值方面,ICSI组低于对照组(37.27±2.39周 vs. 38.80±1.35周, P<0.05)。但是剔除双胎后,两组出生孕周差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ICSI组和对照组学龄前行为问题发生率和多动行为发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ICSI子代的行为问题发生率与自然妊娠儿童发育情况无明显差异。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) technology on children′s behavioral development at the preschool period. Methods A 1∶1 case-control study was designed in this study. Children conceived by ICSI in reproduction center and born between January 2009 to December 2010 of the Maternal and Children Healthcare Hospital of Jiaxing were enrolled as ICSI group. Children born at the same time matched by age, gender were recruited as natural conception group (NC group).Family general conditions, born histories and behavioral development at preschool period were investigated retrospectively. Results Totally 16 males and 14 females were enrolled in both group. There were three twins in ICSI group and no twins in NC group(P>0.05). There were no significant differences on parents′ age, educational status, delivery way and birth weight between ICSI group and NC group. The gestational age of ICSI group was significantly lower than that of NC group (37.27±2.39 weeks vs 38.80±1.35 weeks,P<0.05).But there was no significant difference on gestational age after removing three twins.Also, there were no significant differences on the incidence of behavioral problems or hyperactive behavior between two groups at preschool age(P>0.05). Conclusions The behavioral problems in ICSI group are close to NC group until follow up to preschool age.
