目的 分析情景式运动训练对运动发育迟缓儿童的康复效果。方法 通过前瞻性随机对照试验设计,选取运动发育迟缓儿童80例,随机分成2组,每组40例。两组均进行综合早期干预,治疗组在综合早期干预的基础上加情景运动训练,并分别于治疗前及1个大疗程后对其运动功能及平衡功能进行评估。结果 治疗前,两组患儿的粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)、Peabody量表中的大运动及精细运动DQ及Berg平衡量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组内治疗前后比较显示,GMFM-88量表中的D区及E区、Peabody量表的大运动及精细运动DQ评分及Berg平衡量表评分较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组间比较显示,观察组的GMFM-88量表中的D区及E区、Peabody量表的大运动及精细运动DQ评分及Berg平衡量表评分较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 情景式运动训练对运动发育迟缓儿童的早期干预具有良好的效果。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation efficacy of scene type training on children with motor development retardation. Methods According to the prospective randomized controlled trial,80 children with motor retardation were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with comprehensive early intervention,and the treatment group was added with the scene type training.Motor and balance function were assessed before and after the treatment of the trial. Results The score of Gross Motor Function Measure scale (GMFM-88),Peabody Scale and Berg Balance Scale before treatment in two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).In the two groups,the difference between before and after treatment showed the score of GMFM-88 scale、Peabody scale and Berg balance scale was statistically significant (P<0.05);After treatment,difference between the two groups on the score of GMFM-88 Scale、Peabody Scale and Berg Balance Scale was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of scene type training has good effect on early development of children with motor retardation.
