小儿肥胖的国际研究热点分析

小儿肥胖的国际研究热点分析

摘要

目的 通过搜索国外有关小儿肥胖的相关文章,分析得出国外小儿肥胖的研究热点。方法 通过对PubMed和Web of Science(WOS)数据库中发表的有关小儿肥胖的国外文献进行总结,下载PubMed数据库所有文献的主题词等相关信息并统计主题词出现的频率,截取频次≥100次的主要主题词与副主题词作为高频主题词备用;下载Web of Science数据库中所有文献的引文,截取频次≥150次的引文作为高被引论文。统计高频主题词、高被引论文在同一篇文献中出现的频率,形成共现矩阵,利用gCLUTO 统计软件对矩阵做聚类分析。结果 1)PubMed数据库:共检出有关小儿肥胖的论文20 208篇,出现频次≥100次的主要主题词与副主题词为56个,其中出现频次最高的主题词为体质指数,出现频次为982次,通过对这56个高频主题词聚类得出9个研究热点。2)WOS数据库:共检出有关小儿肥胖的论文22 534篇,出现频次≥150次的引文为42篇,通过对这42篇论文的高被引论文聚类得出7个研究热点。结论 对2013-2015年间发表的小儿肥胖相关文献热点分析显示,该领域的学者关注生活方式对肥胖的影响、心理因素的重要意义、小儿肥胖的相关并发症等,更加重视对小儿肥胖领域相关疾病的干预和追踪。本研究体现了小儿肥胖相关研究领域历史沿革与未来分析发展的大体方向。
