摘要

青少年健康作为人一生健康的基石,已经引起国际社会的广泛重视,在我国也上升到国家战略高度。我国亟需制定一套完整的适合我国青少年的健康指标体系,综合评价青少年健康现状并监测其发展趋势,指导相关政策和干预措施的实施,引导社会各界共同努力促进青少年健康。在我国现有健康指标体系的基础上,通过借鉴发达国家较为成熟的指标体系及其制作过程,不局限于体质健康、心理健康、常见疾病,引入健康的影响因素,突出大健康的概念,对于制定适合我国青少年的健康指标体系将具有重要意义。

Abstract

Health of adolescents,as the foundation of the health in the whole life,has attracted wide attention in international scope,and the meantime it also advances to national strategy level in China.A complete system of health indicators suitable for adolescents is required badly in China.It will be used to evaluate the current situation synthetically and monitor the trends of adolescent health in China.In addition,it will help to guide the implementation of relevant policies and promote the community to work together for adolescent health.On the basis of the existing health indicator system in China,learning from the mature indicator system including physical health and its production process in developed countries,taking more consideration of health factors,as well as highlighting the concept of generalized health,will be of great significance for the construction of health indicator system suitable for Chinese adolescents.
