Functional enuresis in developmental and behavioral pediatrics

摘要

功能性遗尿症是发育行为儿科学中典型的排泄功能发育障碍,治愈率低,复发率高。临床应强调立体化的详细评估,将有利于找到针对性干预对策。对功能性遗尿症必须在正确评估的基础上综合性干预,并纳入慢病管理模式,才能从根本上控制遗尿症及其带来的身心健康损害。

Abstract

Functional enuresis is a typical elimination disorder in developmental and behavioral pediatrics,which is hard to treat and easy to relapse.It is emphasized that clinically stereoscopic evaluation is essential to identify the effective interventions.It is only on the basis of an accurate evaluation,functional enuresis might be cured,and must be taken the model of management of chronic diseases into account.As such,enuresis and its functional impairments could be controlled.
