目的 观察焦氏头针配合智九针早期治疗精神发育迟滞患儿的临床疗效。方法 将患儿按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组50例和对照组64例,治疗组采用焦式头针配合智九针加上运动康复治疗,对照组采用单纯的运动康复治疗,采用Gesell发育量表评估5个能区治疗前后的DQ值和DQ总值。结果 治疗组和对照组治疗后5个能区的DQ值和总DQ值均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的总DQ值和粗大动作、言语能力、社会交往3个能区的DQ值都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但精细运动和适应性两个能区的DQ值与治疗组比较无显著性差异。结论 焦氏头针配合智九针早期治疗对精神发育迟滞患儿有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiao's scalp acupuncture combined with Zhi nine in early treatment of children with mental retardation. Method The children were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group including 50 cases and control group including 64 cases,treatment group was treated by scalp acupuncture combined with focal type Zhi nine plus rehabilitation treatment,control group with rehabilitation treatment alone,Gesell scale was used to evaluate the DQ value and total DQ value before and after treatment in 5 areas. Results The DQ and the total DQ values in the five functional areas of the treatment group were significantly higher than control group before treatment (P<0.05), the total DQ value and the DQ value of gross motor,verbal ability,social intercourse functional areas after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),but the DQ value of the fine motor and the adaptability region had no significant difference in treatment group. Conclusion Early treatment by Jiao's scalp acupuncture accompanied with Zhi nine has good clinical curative effect on children with mental retardation.
