婴幼儿发育筛查量表用于儿童早期认知行为发育水平的筛查,其简便、快速、经济,对筛查阳性的婴幼儿可尽早进行诊断性检查,以便及早进行病因诊断,及时治疗及干预。通过文献分析的方法,对目前国内外常用的三种婴幼儿期筛查量表:丹佛发育筛查测验(DDST/Denver Ⅱ)、儿童发育筛查测验量表(DST)、年龄与发育进程问卷(ASQ)的发展历史及研究应用进展进行比较分析,以期为儿童保健人员选择合适的婴幼儿期发育筛查量表提供参考。
Abstract
The infant developmental screening scale is used for screen the level of cognitive behavioral development of early childhood,it is simple,rapid and economical.Do diagnostic tests for screening positive infants as early as possible in order to early diagnosis,treatment and intervention.Through the method of literature analysis,compared with the development history and research and application progress of three infant screening scales for the current domestic and international:Denver Development Screening Test(DDST/Denver Ⅱ),Developmental Screening Test( DST),Age&Stage Questionnaires(ASQ),in order to provide a reference for the selection of appropriate infants' developmental screening scale for child health care personnel.
