肠道微生物与孤独症谱系障碍的研究进展

摘要

孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的发病率逐年上升。遗传和环境因素是ASD发病的主要原因,其中一个重要的环境因素即肠道微生物失调。近年来,随着肠道微生物与ASD相关研究的不断深入,发现肠道微生物可能通过其代谢产物、神经内分泌系统、影响线粒体功能以及表观遗传学调控等机制参与ASD的发病。
