孕期细颗粒物暴露对子代认知-运动功能的影响

摘要

大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)正严重地威胁着人体的健康。而孕期为污染物产生神经毒性的“窗口期”,证据已表明,孕期PM2.5暴露可影响子代的神经发育。本文就孕期PM2.5暴露与子代认知-运动的相关性、发病机制作一简要综述,为探讨其可能的生物学机制及避免不良妊娠结局提供理论依据。
