枸橼酸咖啡因防治早产儿呼吸暂停的研究新进展

摘要

呼吸暂停是新生儿重症监护病房早产儿最常见疾病之一。甲基黄嘌呤类药物是早产儿呼吸暂停的主要治疗药物。枸橼酸咖啡因是近年国内引进的新型甲基黄嘌呤类药物。本文就近年枸橼酸咖啡因防治早产儿呼吸暂停的最佳治疗剂量、给药时间及安全性等热点问题进行综述。
