事件相关电位在儿童神经发育障碍中的研究进展

摘要

认知是人脑接受外界信息,经过加工处理,转换成内在的心理活动,从而获取知识或应用知识的过程。它包括记忆、语言、视空间、执行、计算和理解判断等方面。认知障碍是指上述几项认知功能中的一项或多项受损,并影响个体的日常或社会能力。许多的儿童神经心理疾病伴随着认知障碍,因此,找出能够敏感评估儿童认知功能的方法对其康复是非常重要的。事件相关电位(event-related potentials,ERP)作为一种客观、敏感反映认知功能的电生理指标,可能成为研究患儿认知功能的更好方法。本文主要通过概括ERP对常见的神经发育障碍患儿相关认知障碍的研究结果,阐述ERP在儿童神经发育障碍中的研究进展。
