新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的MRI新技术研究进展

摘要

缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是新生儿常见病,可继发脑瘫、智力低下、癫痫等神经系统症状,甚至引起早期死亡。磁共振成像技术(MRI)被公认为是评估神经系统最有价值的影像学方法,但MRI常规序列对新生儿HIE超早期病变敏感性低,MRI新技术如弥散加权成像(DWI)、弥散张量成像(DTI)、磁共振波谱(MRS)、动脉自旋标记(ASL)及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)等,这些技术可将人体不同的功能指标反映在解剖图像上,更早期从微观结构及分子学上反映HIE的病理变化过程。本文综述了MRI新技术对新生儿HIE的研究进展。
