KiSS-1/GPR54系统对性腺轴的作用

摘要

Kisspeptin是KiSS-1基因编码的一组多肽激素,与受体GPR54一起组成KiSS-1/GPR54系统,参与下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能的调节,并在青春期启动和促性腺素释放过程中发挥非常重要的作用。本文主要对KiSS-1/GPR54系统的分子结构,信号转导途径及对性腺轴功能的调节进行介绍。
