婴幼儿脑损伤的早期干预-神经发育促进

摘要

婴幼儿期大脑具有易损性和强大的可塑性,脑损伤后早期干预实际上为神经发育促进,需要进行合理评估及选择适宜促进方法 。干预治疗需要抓住时间窗,重视环境因素及感觉输入,干预治疗个体化及团队参与。神经发育促进仍面临如脑可塑性存在过度性、损伤原因及临床表现复杂多样、因伦理问题设置非干预对照组困难而影响疗效评价的科学性等诸多问题。
