5-羟色胺与对立违抗障碍相关研究进展

摘要

本文主要介绍对立违抗障碍(oppositional defiant disorder,ODD)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamin,5-HT)的相关概念以及论述它们之间的关系。ODD的发病机理目前尚未明确,涉及生物学、社会心理学等。5-HT系统异常在ODD发病过程中有着重要的作用。文章就5-HT的角度来阐述其与ODD的关系,主要从5-HT相关基因、5-HT受体、5-HT信号传导等予以综述。
