大脑性视障研究进展

摘要

大脑性视障是由先天或后天的脑部损伤引起的视觉障碍。随着围产医学和新生儿医学的发展,大脑性视障已成为发达国家和发展中国家儿童低视力的主要原因之一。造成大脑性视障的病因很多,其视功能的临床表现也因损伤部位和损伤程度的不同而不同,且常与脑瘫等共病,很容易被忽视。但视觉障碍会给儿童将来的学习、生活和工作带来严重的困难,值得去关注。本文就近年来国内外学者对大脑性视障的研究成果,以及对其早期识别及干预康复方法进行综述。
