随着新生儿存活率的提高,支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)逐渐成为新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)的棘手问题之一,及时、正确的诊治对患儿生长发育和以后的生活质量有重要意义,本文基于国内外对支气管肺发育不良研究的历史和最新发现,对其基本概况、病理与病因、影像与临床表现、预测与防治、预后及未来的研究方向等多个方面作一综述。
