儿童语言发育迟缓预后及影响因素的研究进展

摘要

语言发育迟缓是儿童常见的发育问题之一。尽管大多数语言发育迟缓的儿童在学龄前至学龄期各种语言测试得分可以达到正常范围,但在词汇、语法、句子长度、语气、阅读理解能力等各方面仍明显落后于正常同龄儿童,甚至可以持续至青春期。影响语言发育迟缓预后的因素包括初诊时儿童语言测试得分、语言迟缓持续的时间、是否合并其他表现、干预与否、干预时机和父母的态度及行为等。
